Commercial Blockwork / Brickwork

Cowan J Construction Ltd have successfully completed brickwork packages well over the million pound contract value, ensuring we have the ability to perform at any level within Scotlands Commercial Market. We have the ability to follow all aspects of program design and quality assurance.

Timber Kit

Timber kit is more widely used in the commercial market with many nurseries / primary schools, clubs etc being designed and built to last. Cowan J Construction Ltd have successfully designed, supplied and erected various Timber Frame Kits within these fields, working together with main contractors, structural designers and engineers to produce a fully functioning Timber Frame design.

Refurbishment / Conversions

Cowan J Construction Ltd undertakes refurbishment and building conversions within live working environments. Our flexible approach & proactive responce to client needs has allowed us to flourish in this area. Packages consist of new flooring, vinyl, carpet, timber suspended ceilings, decoration, upgrade of MM&E and DDE regulations for disabled access. Cowan J Construction Ltd personnel are fully vetted by Disclosure Scotland for working in these environments i.e nurseries and schools etc.
